Scoop Shop Lead

The shop lead is a direct customer service position suitable for someone with food service experience. The shop lead works independently, solves problems related to the day-to-day operation of the shop, and handles money.

Scoop Shop Assistant

The shop assistant is an entry-level position, suitable for people with little to no previous work experience. A worker in this position helps out on busy shifts, never works alone, doesn’t handle money, and doesn’t provide direct customer service.
